 Sesame Peach BallsThis is a perfect snack during your active adventures. Ingredients
- 1 cup dried peaches (the chewy kind, not the crunchy freeze dried kind) about 8 halves
- 3/4 cup almond flour (or almond meal)
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 egg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine peaches, almond flour, coconut and sesame seeds in a food processor and process until well broken down.
- Drizzle in coconut oil while pulsing.
- Transfer to a mixing bowl and add the egg.
- Roll into small balls and place on a cookie sheet covered with parchment.
- Bake about 12-14 minutes, until slightly browned.
